① Oriental Calligraphy Association (Internet Corporation)www.orientalcalligraphy.org) The purpose of the User Agreement (hereinafter “these Terms and Conditions”) is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Dongyang Calligraphy Association when using Internet-related services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by the Dongyang Calligraphy Association.
② A person who wishes to become a user is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions by going through the prescribed procedures set by the Oriental Calligraphy Association and pressing the “Agree” button.
The rights, duties, and responsibilities of users and the Oriental Calligraphy Association other than those stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
“User” refers to a person who accesses the Oriental Calligraphy Association, signs up as a member of the Oriental Calligraphy Association (hereinafter referred to as an “Association Member”) on the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and receives services provided by the Oriental Calligraphy Association.
① Those who wish to become users apply for membership by filling in membership information and pressing the “Sign Up” button according to the registration form set by the Oriental Calligraphy Association.
② The Oriental Calligraphy Association shall register the applicant as a member unless the person applying for membership as described in paragraph 1 falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
③ The time of establishment of a membership agreement is when Seo-hyup confirms whether to sign up for membership.
④ If there is a change in the member information described in paragraph 1, the member must immediately correct and write the change.
① The Oriental Calligraphy Association provides the following services to users.
② The Oriental Calligraphy Association may notify users of the details and delivery date of the service to be changed in the manner specified in Article 8 (2), and change the service specified in paragraph 1.
Services provided by the Oriental Calligraphy Association can be divided into free or paid services.
① The Oriental Calligraphy Association may temporarily stop providing services in the event of reasons such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or loss of communication, etc., and may completely stop the service currently provided due to replacement with a new service or other reason that the agreement determines is appropriate.
② In the case of service interruption due to paragraph 1, the Oriental Calligraphy Association shall notify the user in the manner specified in Article 8 (2). However, this is not the case when advance notice is not possible due to service interruption due to reasons beyond the control of the Dongyang Calligraphy Association (disk failure without the intention or negligence of the system administrator, system downtime, etc.).
① Users can request that Seo-hyup cancel their membership registration (user withdrawal) at any time, and the Dongyang Calligraphy Association will take steps to cancel the user's membership registration as soon as the above request is received.
② If a user falls under any of the following reasons, the Oriental Calligraphy Association may restrict, or suspend the user's membership in an appropriate manner.
③ If the Oriental Calligraphy Association decides to lose the user's membership, the membership registration will be cancelled. In this case, the member who is the user will be notified and given the opportunity to call before the cancellation of the membership registration.
① If the Oriental Calligraphy Association makes a notification to a specific user, the member can use the email address entered during registration.
② If the Oriental Calligraphy Association issues a notice to an unspecified number of users, it may replace the individual notice by posting it on the Seo-hyup bulletin board for 1 week or more.
The Dongyang Calligraphy Association strives to protect the personal information of users, including user registration information, as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. The protection of users' personal information is governed by relevant laws and regulations and the “Personal Information Protection Policy” determined by the Dongyang Calligraphy Association.
① The Oriental Calligraphy Association strives to continuously and stably provide services as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions without engaging in acts prohibited by laws and regulations or contrary to public order and morals.
② The Oriental Calligraphy Association establishes a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.
③ The Oriental Calligraphy Association does not send commercial e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.
④ The Oriental Calligraphy Association is responsible for compensation for damages caused by Seo-hyup's intention or gross negligence when users use the service.
① Each user is responsible for managing their ID and password, except when the Oriental Calligraphy Association is responsible under the relevant laws and regulations or the “Privacy Policy.”
② Users must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
③ If the user recognizes that their ID and password have been stolen or used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Oriental Calligraphy Association and follow the instructions of the Oriental Calligraphy Association.
① The user shall not perform any of the following acts.
② If there is a user who has committed an act falling under paragraph 1, the Oriental Calligraphy Association may restrict, suspend, or lose the user's membership in an appropriate manner as stipulated in Article 7 (2) and (3) of these Terms and Conditions.
③ The user is responsible for compensation for damages caused by the Oriental Calligraphy Association or other users due to reasons attributable to them.
If the content of a user's public post falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Oriental Calligraphy Association may delete the public post without prior notice to the user, and may restrict, suspend, or lose the user's membership.
① The copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Oriental Calligraphy Association belong to the Oriental Calligraphy Association.
② Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained by using the Oriental Calligraphy Association for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use it without the prior consent of the Oriental Calligraphy Association.
① The Oriental Calligraphy Association may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc.
② If the Oriental Calligraphy Association revises these terms and conditions, the effective date and reason for the revision will be announced on the initial screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
③ If the Oriental Calligraphy Association revises these terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions also apply to users who signed up as members before the revision, unless the revised content violates relevant laws and regulations.
④ Users who have objections to the changed terms and conditions may withdraw in accordance with Article 7 (1).
A lawsuit arising from a dispute between the Oriental Calligraphy Association and the user regarding the use of the service shall be brought before a court of the Republic of Korea, which has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
These terms and conditions are effective from January 1, 2019.
